Refund policy
At Stylez Hub we are committed to provide quality services to our customers.
Unlike many other artificial jewellery brands, we offer exchange & return options to facilitate our prestigious customers.
In case if you have received a faulty or a damaged product, please contact us at customer care department or email at info.stylezhub.com on the same day and share pictures along with a video of the delivered product with us immediately. Our representatives will be in touch with you in two business days. Should they find the product to be faulty, The product will be exchanged/returned. However, please note that you must make the complaint and return the product within one day of receiving the order to claim exchange.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product or have had a change of heart, You will be offered the exchange/returned option. Once the three-day time has lapsed, you won't be able to exchange/returned the product.
If the item shipped to you is broken, and we do not have that item in stock anymore to exchange it, we will issue you a refund/voucher within 48-72 working hours!
Conditions for Exchange/Return
Product(s) must be unused.
For exchange/return, product(s) must be sent back to our mailing address within one day after receiving the order.
Product pictures and video must be shared with our team on the same day.
